The Committee is responsible for:
- Developing, maintaining, and modernizing the National Architectural Woodwork Standards (NAAWS)
- Coordinating between AWMAC and the Woodwork Institute to ensure alignment across regions
- Reviewing suggestions and technical feedback from the industry
- Publishing errata, updates, and interpretations to keep the standard current
- Ensuring consistency and clarity across all editions and supporting document
Governance & Oversight
